As a dedicated Junior Sous, you will assist in leading a team of talented and passionate chefs to creating a culinary experience for guests at the highest standard. This is a unique chance for a talented Chef to hone their craft within a historic and celebrated establishment, located in Bristol, Gloucestershire.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in leading a team of dedicated chefs.
  • Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a high standard.
  • Supervising junior staff and providing guidance.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Contributing to innovative menu development.

 

We are looking for a Junior SousChef with:

  • Proven experience in a 3 AA Rosette or Michelin-starred establishment.
  • A true passion for culinary excellence and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • A desire to continuously learn and develop as a Chef.
